MOONLIT ed.1 in vegetable-tanned leather in muted golden bronze embodies versatility and character. A bag that shifts its form and function in just a few moves – worn as shoulder bag, clutch, or belt bag. The slightly firmer leather, a result of vegetable tanning, lends structure and presence. Unlined and lightweight, this everyday bag can be endlessly reinterpreted through gathers and movable carabiners.

Each piece is unique: even foiled leathers keep their natural base, so subtle variations in colour and texture make every MOONLIT one of a kind.

Interior: Unlined. Roomy enough for your everyday essentials, half-litre bottle or folding umbrella as well as an 8'' tablet.

Ways to wear: Carry yours as a crossbody bag, shoulder bag, clutch or hip bag.

Combinations: Due to the carabiner rings, MOONLIT ed.1 can easily be combined with smaller INA KENT styles such as X.MOG ed.1, X.LOMI ed.2 and X.ONI ed.2. To highlight your bag, combine it with our characteristic keychains BALL’N’CHAIN ed.1 or BALLCHAIN SLING ed.1. Attached to the carabiner rings, they make an elegant and catchy chainstrap.

Straps: Made of skin-friendly, vegetable-tanned leather and dyed edges. Detachable and adjustable in small steps. Maximum length: 110 cm. Our straps are unique, the length will therefore vary by 1-2 cm. Since leather is a living material, your strap will eventually stretch over time and use.

Hardware: Our carabiner rings – everyday heroes – are easy to open and close. Designed to make each bag ultra-versatile and convertible.

Material: 100 % cowhide leather

This vegetable-tanned leather is refined in a multi-stage process with ultra-thin foils, resulting in a delicate metallic sheen. Depending on the finish, the surface may appear more uniform or allow the natural grain and texture of the leather to stand out. We use only foils of the highest quality. Still, foiled leather is sensitive: over time, the surface evolves – the leather base becomes more visible and the metallic sheen more subdued. This process gives each bag its own patina, with subtle variations in color and texture that make every piece unique.

In order to enjoy your INA KENT bag for many years, we recommend applying small amounts of special leather care products before using it for the first time. Repeat this process from time to time. Please also note the following:

  • Avoid contact with water.
  • Avoid excessive sun exposure.
  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces.
  • Do not apply any conventional leather care products that are not suited for vegetable-tanned, foiled leather.
  • Avoid contact with any material that could transfer colour pigments.
  • Clean by a leather specialist only
