We’re extending our return and exchange period for the holiday season. Items purchased online or in-store between November 18, 2024, and December 24, 2024, may be returned or exchanged until January 11, 2025.
You have the right to withdraw from your contractual declaration or an already concluded contract within 14 days without providing any reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If multiple items are ordered as part of a single order and these items are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

If you wish to withdraw from your contractual declaration, please follow these steps:
Notice of Withdrawal
Please send your notice of withdrawal in writing within 14 days after receiving the goods to customercare@inakent.com. You may use the model withdrawal form provided in the order confirmation. Please return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. Please note that refusing to accept your shipment or not collecting your order from a parcel shop or post office is not sufficient to withdraw from your contract.
Shipping via a parcel service of your choice*
Please send the goods sufficiently prepaid to the following address and include the completed return form provided. In the interest of resource conservation, we appreciate it if you use the cardboard packaging in which you received your order.

The right of withdrawal applies only to unworn and flawless items. You are required to return the goods in the provided cotton bag, if applicable, and pack them in a manner that minimizes potential damage during transport. All labels and tags attached to the bag must remain intact. We reserve the right not to refund or to partially refund of harmed and damaged items.

If you withdraw from your contractual declaration or an already concluded contract, INA KENT will reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your notification of withdrawal. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. If exercising your right of withdrawal results in falling below the agreed minimum order value for free delivery, you must bear the delivery costs for the remaining items in the order. In such a case, we will deduct the corresponding costs from the refundable amount.
Payment and withdrawal with PayPal
The refund will be made to the PayPal account specified at the time of payment.
Payment and withdrawal with Credit Card
For credit card payments, the charged amount will be refunded to the account of the cardholder specified at the time of payment.
Payment and withdrawal with Klarna / Pay Now
For immediate transfers, the charged amount will be refunded by Klarna to the account of the cardholder specified at the time of payment.
Payment and withdrawal with Klarna / payment by invoice
If you have already paid the invoice amount after receiving the goods, the amount will be refunded to you by Klarna within 3–5 working days after receiving the returned item. If you have not yet paid the invoice amount, you can pause the payment in your Klarna account by registering your withdrawal. Your payment will be paused until the return is processed. If you return only part of your order, Klarna will notify you of the new invoice amount. Detailed information can also be found on the Klarna website. If you receive a payment reminder from Klarna although your withdrawal has not yet been processed, please contact Klarna Customer Service directly.
Payment and withdrawal with an INA KENT gift card
If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued and sent to you by email. If you made your purchase with a promotional voucher or code, you would receive a refund for the actual amount paid after applying the voucher. Consequently, the promotional voucher will become invalid. If you made your purchase with a promotional voucher and return part of your order, you will receive a partial refund proportional to the voucher value. The promotional voucher will also become invalid in this case.
- If exercising your right of withdrawal results in falling below the agreed minimum order value for free delivery, you will be charged the delivery costs for the remaining items from your order, meaning that these costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note that for packages arriving postage due, an additional handling fee of EUR 25 will be charged for the accounting and administrative effort, especially for packages from third countries, and this will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend ensuring that your packages are properly prepaid, and customs cleared to avoid these additional costs.
- Customs duties, taxes, or associated handling fees incurred when shipping to non-EU countries will not be refunded.
