All common payment options are available for your orders in our Online Store - credit card, Paypal as well as Pay Now and Pay Later with Klarna. Please note that Klarna Payments is only available in the following countries: Austria, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and USA.

Gift Cards Purchases: Please understand that INA KENT Gift Cards can only be purchased by using either credit card or PayPal. This way make sure that you will receive an email with your gift card attached within one hour of completing your purchase. If these payment methods are not available to you please contact our Customer Care team.

Naturally, you also have the option of using your INA KENT Gift Card to make purchases in our online store.

For orders within the EU, the articles’ prices in our online store are based on the applicable VAT rate of your shipping destination. The calculation is based on the net price (price according to the online store less 20 % Austrian VAT). The total amount will be automatically calculated when you enter your delivery address at checkout.

Shipping, exchanges & returns

You can place online orders from anywhere – we do ship worldwide. Please find detailed information about our delivery times and shipping costs per country under Shipping & Delivery.

Orders with a delivery address in Austria are always shipped with Österreichische Post. For all other countries, we deliver with UPS. In exceptional cases orders are delivered with GLS, FedEx or by national postal services.  

In general, your parcel will be processed and dispatched within two working days after placing your order. Depending on your location, shipping takes 2–3 working days (Austria), 2–5 working days (EU) and 6–12 working days (international).

Express orders received by 11 a.m. CET are typically processed and shipped on the same business day. Express orders received after 11 a.m. CET on a Friday or during public holidays will usually be processed and shipped on the next business day.

You have the option of picking up your order free of charge from the store at Siebensterngasse 50, 1070 Vienna. In general, your order will be ready the next working day. Orders received on Friday after 11 a.m. are generally ready for pickup on the following Monday. In case that you need your order urgently, please contact our customer service at customercare@inakent.com or by phone on +43 (0)664 916 39 63. We will do our best to get your items ready for the same day.

Tracking your order is easy. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Once in receipt of this tracking link you can check the current status of your shipment. Please note that all specified delivery times are the expected delivery dates. Unfortunately, we have no influence on any delays caused by customs clearance or our logistic partners.

We offer free shipping from a minimum order value depending on what country your order is being shipped to. You can find out more about shipping costs per country under Shipping & Delivery.

In case shipping costs apply: Depending on your shipping destination, the delivery charges and the total amount may be updated. The total amount depends on the applicable VAT rate (the calculation is based on the net price – total amount less 20 % Austrian VAT).

Please be aware that for packages arriving unpaid at our address, in addition to the postage costs, a processing fee of EUR 25 will be charged for administrative work, especially in the case of packages from third countries. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Therefore, we strongly recommend ensuring that your packages are properly postage-paid and customs-cleared to avoid these additional costs. There are no customs or import fees for deliveries within the EU. Orders outside the European Union will be charged at the net price. In this case, the Austrian VAT rate of 20 % will be automatically deducted when you complete your order. Since these possible costs differ from country to country, unfortunately, we cannot give you any reliable information about them. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Depending on where you live, your country’s customs office may impose a few additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties and / or taxes.

For all online orders, all the fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. These potential costs differ from country to country and will be charged upon arrival at the local customs office. INA KENT has no control over these charges. We are obligated to state the value of your order (i.e. the price) directly on your package. We recommend that you contact your regional customs office for reliable information.

Please also note that occasionally, customs agents may delay the delivery of packages at their discretion.

You are welcome to return items within 14 days of receipt to our Viennese store (Siebensterngasse 50) during opening hours. To return your online purchase in store, you will need to bring your delivery note and the filled-out return form that was enclosed in your parcel. All returns in store are free.

If you can’t come to our store, please send your package sufficiently stamped to:

Ina Kent GmbH, Webshop-Retouren, Ahornergasse 3/19, 1070 Vienna and enclose the completed return form with your package. In order to save resources, you’re welcome to re-use the cardboard packaging in which you received your order.

Please kindly note that a processing fee of EUR 25 will be charged for packages arriving unfree to us, covering administrative expenses, especially for packages from third countries. We strongly advise ensuring that your packages are properly stamped and cleared through customs to avoid these additional costs. You have the right to withdraw from your contractual declaration or an already concluded contract within 14 days without providing any reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If multiple items are ordered as part of a single order and these items are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item. For further details, please refer to this section.

We currently do not offer exchanges for items purchased online. Therefore, we kindly ask you to return the unwanted item and place a new order. The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when you paid for your order. Further information can also be found under Right Of Withdrawal.

We hope you enjoy your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied or you’ve changed your mind, you can of course exchange or return your bag in one of our stores within 14 days. When exchanging for a cheaper item, you will receive a voucher for the remaining amount. In the event of a return, a voucher will be issued for the total amount. Please remember to bring your invoice with you when exchanging or returning an item bought in one of our stores.

As soon as your order has been picked up from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your parcel’s tracking link. Please refer to this link to track the current delivery status of your order. If your parcel does not arrive and you cannot find any information about it in the delivery history, please contact our Customer Care Team.

Unfortunately, we cannot assume any liability or reimburse any costs for parcels that are damaged or lost in transit. Therefore, we strongly recommend a reliable and tracked delivery service.

If a parcel is not picked up in time from the parcel service point, you will, unfortunately, be billed for all costs incurred by the shipping partner for the return.

If your shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, you will be billed for all costs incurred by the shipping partner for the unsuccessful delivery attempt as well as the return shipping charges. 

If you wish to return from non-EU countries, any necessary customs declarations are your responsibility where they apply. Please note that returns may be subject to import duties at your own expense.

Any customs duties and taxes that may apply, must be paid in advance and will not be refunded. Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay customs duties and taxes, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by INA KENT to you or deduct the amount from your refund.

INA KENT stands for timeless and, at the same time, contemporary design that adapts to every situation and is worn with great joy for years. Versatility and durability are important to us. Every piece is unique, every bag shapes its own story and thus underlines the individuality of its wearer. INA KENT bags adapt to your personal needs and usually offer several carrying options. We have always seen it as a matter of course to produce as responsibly and socially acceptable as possible. It is therefore important to us, to create products that are as timeless, durable, and flexible as possible. We select our production sites very carefully. To ensure that our partners share our values, we visit them regularly and are in close contact with the owners. For many years, our products were crafted in a traditional establishment in Slovakia. Changing demands – our products now require a multitude of intricate fabrication steps – as well as the need to provide sufficient quantities, prompted us to seek a new partner company. Since 2020, we've been manufacturing in an innovative Indian facility in Uttar Pradesh, near New Delhi. Within this context, we have found a company where both labor and production conditions meet high standards, and whose principles and activities are aligned with our values. Efforts towards sustainability, social responsibility, and a culture of respectful and fair collaboration are inherent in our partner company.

We are aware that long transport routes leave a significant ecological footprint. However, as in many other production chains, the transport routes of finished products – from the production facility to the customer – are not the only ones to be considered. Transport routes taken by the raw leather hides and the individual parts required, such as carabiners or rivets, make a difference as well. In such complex processes, we strive to make the best possible decisions based on responsible evaluation and to act in accordance with our values.

Ina Kent is in constant exchange with our production partners. During her regular visits to India, she spends several days on site of the family-run business and thus has a profound insight into the production process.

The guiding principle for us is to provide the highest quality, which means: quality over quantity. In our production facilities, attention is paid to every single step of the process.

The raw hides primarily originate from Italy and France, with some also coming from India. Straps that come into direct contact with the skin are made from vegetable-tanned Italian Vacchetta leather to ensure the best skin compatibility. Additionally, our leathers with Eco Honeycomb or Eco Croc finish, all Eco Buffalo leathers, and the leather or colour variant Eco Antique Metallic Anthra are also of vegetable tanning.

INA KENT offers a two-year guarantee that starts with the purchase date. Of course, INA KENT provides a full guarantee for defects that already existed at the time of the purchase. However, manufacturing defects are evaluated on a case by case basis with a valid proof of purchase. In addition, Austrian legal conformity guarantee applies.

You can purchase an INA KENT Gift Card in one of our stores or our Online Store. The amount can be freely selected and the voucher can be redeemed in one of our stores as well as in our Online Store – regardless of where you bought the gift card. Tip: if you need a last-minute gift, you can order a gift card in our Online Store. You’ll receive an email with your INA KENT Gift Card within one hour of completing your purchase.

Yes, you can redeem your INA KENT Gift Card in one of our stores as well as in our Online Store - regardless of where you bought the gift card. The gift card can be redeemed multiple times until the credit is used up. It is also possible to use our gift cards in combination with a credit card or cash payment, if the purchase exceeds your gift card balance.

INA KENT Gift Cards are valid for 30 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed in one of our stores as well as in our Online Store.

Please take good care of your gift card. Unfortunately, we have no way of reissuing a gift card if they are lost or stolen.

If you have received a promotion code from us, you can redeem it with every order in our Online Store. Please insert the correct promotion code at the end of the ordering process in the designated field. The respective value is then automatically deducted from your order value. Of course, you are welcome to combine your promotion code with an INA KENT Gift Card code when paying.
