For orders within the EU, the articles’ prices in our online store are based on the applicable VAT rate of your shipping destination. The calculation is based on the net price (price according to the online store less 20 % Austrian VAT). Orders with a delivery address in Austria are always shipped with Österreichische Post. For all other countries, we deliver with UPS. In exceptional cases orders are delivered with GLS, FedEx or by national postal services.
Processing Time:
We usually process your order within two business days. However, during peak times – especially after weekends or holidays – there may be slight delays. Our team works hard to ensure fast shipping, but if it takes a little longer, we appreciate your patience. If you need your order to arrive particularly quickly, we recommend selecting the express shipping option.

You have the option of picking up your order free of charge from the store at Siebensterngasse 50, 1070 Vienna. In general, your order will be ready the next working day. Orders received on Friday after 11 a.m. are generally ready for pickup on the following Monday.

Tracking your order is easy. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. We offer free shipping from a minimum order value depending on what country your order is being shipped to. You can find out more about shipping costs per country under Shipping & Delivery.
In case shipping costs apply: Depending on your shipping destination, the delivery charges and the total amount may be updated. The total amount depends on the applicable VAT rate (the calculation is based on the net price – total amount less 20 % Austrian VAT).
Please be aware that for packages arriving unpaid at our address, in addition to the postage costs, a processing fee of EUR 25 will be charged for administrative work, especially in the case of packages from third countries. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Therefore, we strongly recommend ensuring that your packages are properly postage-paid and customs-cleared to avoid these additional costs. Deliveries within the EU
No customs duties or import fees apply to deliveries within the European Union.
Deliveries outside the EU
Orders shipped to addresses outside the EU are charged at the net price. Once the delivery address is entered, the Austrian VAT of 20% is automatically deducted at checkout.
Please note: For deliveries outside the EU, import duties such as customs fees or taxes will always apply. The exact amount is determined by the relevant customs authorities and must be covered by the recipient.
Depending on the destination country, additional declaration or processing fees may also apply.
INA KENT has no influence over these charges and is required to correctly declare the value of your order on the package.

Unpaid Returns
Packages sent without sufficient postage create significant administrative effort. Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding that, in such cases—especially for returns from non-EU countries—a processing fee of EUR 25,- will be charged in addition to shipping costs and deducted from your refund.
To avoid these additional costs, we strongly recommend ensuring that your return is properly prepaid and, if necessary, correctly declared for customs.
Returns from Non-EU Countries
Please read the following information carefully when returning an item from outside the EU.
You have the right to withdraw from your contractual declaration or an already concluded contract within 14 days without providing any reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If multiple items are ordered as part of a single order and these items are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item. We currently do not offer exchanges for items purchased online. Therefore, we kindly ask you to return the unwanted item and place a new order. The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when you paid for your order. Further information can also be found under Right Of Withdrawal.
We hope you enjoy your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied or you’ve changed your mind, you can of course exchange or return your bag in one of our stores within 14 days. When exchanging for a cheaper item, you will receive a voucher for the remaining amount. In the event of a return, a voucher will be issued for the total amount. Please remember to bring your invoice with you when exchanging or returning an item bought in one of our stores.
As soon as your order has been picked up from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your parcel’s tracking link. Please refer to this link to track the current delivery status of your order. If your parcel does not arrive and you cannot find any information about it in the delivery history, please contact our Customer Care Team.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged or lost in transit and are unable to refund any costs in such cases. To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking or insurance. This way, you can always keep an eye on your shipment.
If a package is not picked up from the pick-up station in time, return costs may be incurred by the shipping provider, which we unfortunately have to pass on. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend keeping an eye on your shipment to avoid any additional charges.
If your shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the shipping provider may charge costs for the unsuccessful delivery attempt and the return. Unfortunately, we have to pass these costs on to you. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your order.
For returns from non-EU countries, customs fees may apply, which are beyond our control. To facilitate a smooth and cost-efficient return process, we recommend the following steps:
1. Label the Package Correctly
- Clearly mark the package with: "Return – Returned Goods"
- If possible, include this note on the shipping label as well.
- Recommended: Add the original tracking number or a reference to the initial shipment (e.g., "Return Shipment DHL 1234567890").
2. Complete and Include Customs Documents
- Customs declaration form (CN22 or CN23): Depending on the shipping provider, make sure to state "Return – Returned Goods."
- Copy of the original invoice or order confirmation: Helps customs link the return to the original import.
- Proof of initial customs clearance: Such as a customs receipt or payment confirmation of import duties, if available.

3. Inform Your Shipping Provider
- Notify your shipping provider that this is a return of goods that have already been declared at customs.

We have always seen it as a matter of course to produce as responsibly and socially acceptable as possible. It is therefore important to us, to create products that are as timeless, durable, and flexible as possible. We select our production sites very carefully. To ensure that our partners share our values, we visit them regularly and are in close contact with the owners. For many years, our products were crafted in a traditional establishment in Slovakia. Changing demands – our products now require a multitude of intricate fabrication steps – as well as the need to provide sufficient quantities, prompted us to seek a new partner company. Since 2020, we've been manufacturing in an innovative Indian facility in Uttar Pradesh, near New Delhi. Within this context, we have found a company where both labor and production conditions meet high standards, and whose principles and activities are aligned with our values. Efforts towards sustainability, social responsibility, and a culture of respectful and fair collaboration are inherent in our partner company.
We are aware that long transport routes leave a significant ecological footprint. However, as in many other production chains, the transport routes of finished products – from the production facility to the customer – are not the only ones to be considered. Transport routes taken by the raw leather hides and the individual parts required, such as carabiners or rivets, make a difference as well. In such complex processes, we strive to make the best possible decisions based on responsible evaluation and to act in accordance with our values.
Ina Kent is in constant exchange with our production partners. During her regular visits to India, she spends several days on site of the family-run business and thus has a profound insight into the production process.
The guiding principle for us is to provide the highest quality, which means: quality over quantity. In our production facilities, attention is paid to every single step of the process.
The raw hides primarily originate from Italy and France, with some also coming from India. Straps that come into direct contact with the skin are made from vegetable-tanned Italian Vacchetta leather to ensure the best skin compatibility. Additionally, our leathers with Eco Honeycomb or Eco Croc finish, all Eco Buffalo leathers, and the leather or colour variant Eco Antique Metallic Anthra are also of vegetable tanning.

INA KENT offers a two-year guarantee that starts with the purchase date. Of course, INA KENT provides a full guarantee for defects that already existed at the time of the purchase.
