If you have selected "Store pick up", your order is usually ready the next working day and can be collected in our store Siebensterngasse 50, 1070 Vienna. Orders received on Friday after 11 a.m. are generally ready for pickup on the following Monday. In case that you need your order urgently, please contact our customer service at customercare@inakent.com or by phone on +43 664 916 39 63. We will do our best to get your items ready for the same day.
Our online store is open 24/7 for your convenience. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed on weekdays Monday through Friday. Generally, we aim to process and ship your order within two business days of receiving it. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed no later than the next two business days. Express orders received by 11 a.m. CET are typically processed and shipped on the same business day. Express orders received after 11 a.m. CET on a Friday or during public holidays will usually be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Please double-check your address details in order to ensure correctness. If your shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, you will be billed for all costs incurred by the shipping partner for the unsuccessful delivery attempt as well as the return shipping charges.
For orders within the EU, the articles’ prices in our online store are based on the applicable VAT rate of your shipping destination. The calculation is based on the net price (price according to the online store less 20 % Austrian VAT). The total amount will be automatically calculated when you enter your delivery address at checkout. Since the shipping costs depend on the total order amount and the shipping destination, the delivery charges may be updated as well.
There are no customs or import fees for deliveries within the EU. Orders outside the European Union will be charged at the net price. In this case, the Austrian VAT rate of 20 % will be automatically deducted when you complete your order. Since these possible costs differ from country to country, unfortunately, we cannot give you any reliable information about them. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Depending on where you live, your country’s customs office may impose a few additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties and / or taxes.
For all online orders, all the fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. These potential costs differ from country to country and will be charged upon arrival at the local customs office. INA KENT has no control over these charges. We are obligated to state the value of your order (i.e. the price) directly on your package. We recommend that you contact your regional customs office for reliable information.
Please also note that occasionally, customs agents may delay the delivery of packages at their discretion.
We always strive to make each process more sustainable. Our packaging, which before was not repurposed after a return, is very robust and can therefore be reused again.
That is why we offer a re-use packaging option that can be selected at the end of the ordering process. As usual, your order will still be carefully packed and reach you without any damage.
Please understand that depending on the volume of the order and the availability of the cardboard boxes, we may have to use new packaging.
Since November 2020 we have been using paper instead of PVC parcel tape to seal our packages. In this way, we significantly reduce the amount of plastic waste regenerated by our packaging. The cardboard boxes and the now environmentally-friendly tape can be recycled together and make a single-type recycling process feasible.
If you place an order on public holidays and during the Christmas holidays, the delivery of your ordered items will take a little longer. Our warehouse is closed on public holidays; therefore, we are unable to process orders on these days. Besides, no orders are delivered on public holidays (in Austria, the European Union and EEA member states).
We hope you enjoy your INA KENT bag. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can make use of your right of withdrawal and return your purchased items within 14 days of delivery. We currently do not offer exchanges for items purchased online. Therefore, please return the article(s) and order the desired replacement article(s) in our online store.
