Some bags feel oddly familiar – like something you once spotted in a vintage shop on a city trip, followed by that brief, urgent thought: If I don’t get it now, it’ll be gone. MIO ed.1 has exactly that energy – just without the past. A hobo bag crafted from soft brown suede with fringes that move the moment you do, adding surprising volume without ever feeling bulky.
MIO ed.1 plays many roles: a cute shoulder bag for lo-fi moments, a handbag for a touch of high culture, or a crossbody when your thoughts drift somewhere wide open – horses included. Or simply when an outfit wants to feel finished. You can picture it: a festival summer of long days and late evenings, maybe another drink somewhere, a bag you lean on, tuck under your arm, or briefly hug when you’re not quite sure what to do with your hands.
Interior: The main compartment closes with a zipper and is intentionally left unlined. Two smaller side zip pockets keep essentials close at hand – one of them with an integrated key strap.
Ways to wear: MIO ed.1 comes with an adjustable strap and can be worn short or mid-length over the shoulder. At its longest setting, it also works as a crossbody bag. If the strap is removed, the carabiners can be clipped together so the bag can still be carried comfortably by hand. Leather loops on the sides allow you to attach accessories such as X.LOMI ed.2 or X.LIO ed.1, as well as charms or chains, expanding the bag’s functionality and leaving room for personal combinations.

Strap: Made from skin-friendly, vegetable-tanned leather with finished edges and a reinforced shoulder section for extra comfort. Detachable and adjustable in length.

Our suede leather is characterized by its soft, velvety surface and natural depth. To preserve this distinctive feel, the leather is intentionally left open-pored and untreated. Depending on use and light exposure, the texture may change slightly – the surface may appear more lively, the nap may shift, and the natural character of the material may become more pronounced.
Suede is more delicate than smooth leather. Friction, moisture, or intensive use may lead to changes in the surface, slight roughening, or light abrasion. These effects are inherent to the material and are part of the characteristic appearance of suede.
This model features fringes made from suede leather. The edges and reverse side are intentionally left untreated so that the material remains soft and retains its natural movement. Minor abrasion or changes to the fringes are material-related and reflect the open construction of the leather.
To best protect your INA KENT bag, we recommend the following:
Avoid using the bag in rain, snow, or high humidity, as moisture can cause permanent staining or discoloration.
Do not expose the bag to excessive heat or direct sunlight.
Handle the bag only with clean, dry hands whenever possible.
Store the bag in a breathable cotton dust bag – never in plastic, as trapped moisture can lead to mold.
For cleaning, we recommend using a suede or nubuck eraser to gently remove dry dirt, shiny areas, or light marks.
Only use care products that are specifically suitable for suede leather.
