A fresh take on the tried and trusted. When designing shoulder bag EILEEN ed.1, feminine bag classics were fused with some iconic features of the messenger bag. The result is a contemporary, chic reinterpretation with sophisticated details and a well-organized interior, with enough space for the most important things of everyday life. EILEEN ed.1 combines the best of two worlds: Streamlined and discreet enough for your late-night adventures, combined with a touch of Y2K appeal, 90s grunge and nonchalance. The wide, length-adjustable shoulder straps invite to just sling it over the shoulder, and head out the door with ease. In a metallic crackled graphite tone, it looks fresh and sophisticated.

As each piece of leather is unique, our bags are one-of-a-kind as well. Even with our foiled leathers, the base remains untreated. This means that colour and texture can always vary.

Interior: Cotton-lined. Two main compartments, each with additional side compartments, one with an integrated lanyard. The main compartments are divided by another zipped inner pocket.

Ways to wear: Carry yours as shoulder or crossbody bag.

Combinations: EILEEN ed.1 can easily be combined with our micro bag X.LOMI ed.2. Just attach it to the strap. To highlight your bag, combine it with our characteristic keychains BALL’N’CHAIN ed.1 or BALLCHAIN SLING ed.1.

Straps: Made of soft, vegetable-tanned leather and a wide shoulder section with refined edges. Adjustable length. Maximum shoulder strap length: 64 cm.

Our straps are unique, the length will therefore vary by 1-2 cm. Since leather is a living material, your strap will eventually stretch over time and use.

Material: 100 % cowhide leather


This natural leather is finished with metallic foils in a multi-stage process – this creates the characteristic crackled effect. To make sure you can enjoy your bag for a long time, only the highest quality foils are used on our leather. Nevertheless, foiled leather is a sensitive product. With time and use, the leather base might come through, and the shimmery metallic effect might fade. The results are a soft, powdery look that combines the naturalness of leather with the metallic sheen. Every item is unique and slight variations in colour and texture may occur.

In order to enjoy your INA KENT bag for many years, we recommend applying small amounts of special leather care products before using it for the first time. Repeat this process from time to time. Please also note the following:

  • Avoid contact with water.
  • Avoid excessive sun exposure.
  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces.
  • Do not apply any conventional leather care products that are not suited for crackled leather.
  • Avoid contact with any material that could transfer colour pigments.
  • Clean by a leather specialist only
